Yes Man.
I've finally finished studying Bio.
Or at least achieved what I planned for myself.
Hopefully I'll get at least an A2 this time. !_!
And so to reward myself, I shall carry on with my favorite hobby for 28 more days.
That is, study! 8)

Knuckle cracking may seem cool but if you think it has no long-term effects, think again.
I was reading a book when I saw one paragraphy which attacted me.

Heres what it says..
" I begin to crack my knuckles, which I do whenever Im nervous. Aw, who am I kidding? I crack my knuckles all the time. I really need to stop because its annoying and it'll give me arthritis when Im older. "
In case you wanted to know, the title of the book is "Chicken Soup for the Teenage Soul 2". Dont ask me why its titled "chicken soup" when its talking about teenagers. Im wondering about that too.
Ok back to the main point. Right. Arthritis.
Accorind to Wikipedia, its some kind of bone-deformation or something like that which looks kind of horrifying. I decided to bring this up as Im like cracking my knuckles everyday.
Jethro you ought to be worried too. (FYI, he wasnt just into knuckle cracking, HE WAS ALSO TRYING TO SHOW THAT HE COULD CRACK THE FIRST BEND/JOINT OF THE FINGER.)

I know its really strange for me to be blogging at this hour, but thats because my memory is still fresh.
Yeah, I think I've not finished harping on my last topic.
I was watching the movie, Knowing, just minutes ago and during the last part of the show.
It was talking about a Solar Storm, the one we can expect in possible 3 years time.
I heard something Nicholas Cage was saying and it caught my attention right away.
It went like " A superflare from the Sun. Just one of it and it is enough to destroy our ozone layer. "
In case you want to get a clearer picture of whats expected to take place, watch the last part of the movie. Maybe trying googling "solar storm part of knowing" ..? I dont know, you guys should be pretty tech-savvy I assume.
Anyway back to the subject.
What they showed was really horrifying. It reminded me of what scientists said that made dinosaurs extinct, fire balls.
Except that in this case, its much worst. Seriously.
It looked like one big wave of flames ripping through cities. (PS was too engrossed to get a SS)
I doubt anything would be able to survive that. Can say its a fire-tsunami.
The animation that they showed of the sun's superflare was still ok. You know on the surface of the sun right, got those flame like things.
Like..
That was what showed on their screen initially.
Then, to show the effect of the superflare, the flames went like..
The worst thing about this was..
Earth was well within the superflare's reach ._.
Okok I'll stop here. I think some are even finding me nagging on this issure already.
But after watching it, I think Im starting to kind of fear that that day would come.
Ugh.

The End of the World in 21st December, 2012?
Have you ever wondered when everything comes to an end?
When the whole earth just burn and die?
The end of days?
Whenever there is a start, there would be an end.
Well some of you may, in one way or another, have come to know of this.. somehow religious and popular date.
It has been brought up a few times in some popular forums.
As the title says, it is said to be the last day for humans.
It is the day when everyone will die.
Initially, I saw a thread concerning this on Basilmarket, a popular MapleStory forum. When I saw this, the first thing that I thought of was.. "Ok its just some bored-out-of-their-minds fools trying to attract attention and get themselves banned."
After that incident, I almost forgot about the historic date.
Until today.
Like my daily habit, Im surfing The Electric New Paper on the web.
Then something caught my eye.
It read "SPACE WEATHER: A solar storm coming? Space scientists warn of possible disaster in three years' time".

Then I counted, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012. 2012? That sounds familiar.
I read on.. " A GRIM prediction of a world teetering on the edge of apocalypse has come, not from the lips of soothsayers or lunatics, but from space scientists. A solar storm - essentially plasma balls spewing from the surface of the sun - can distort the Earth's magnetic field.
A particularly big one can destroy the tens of thousands of expensive and hard-to-build transformers in power grids worldwide.
In the first moments of this catastrophe, trains will collide and planes will crash, as their communications systems fail.
Satellites will crash back to Earth like meteors.

Everything seems to coincide with each other.

In 2012, we would be about 18 years old.

Lets see, 29 days. And Im already feeling that Im late for revision >_>
And secondly, if you havent noticed, that background picture is gone.
I didnt vaporise it intentionally.
But who cares. Does anyone even look at the picture? LOL.
Maybe I should put a countdown clock there to the next event instead of the picture.
At least it has a better reason than the picture.
Back to munching on books for me T_T

FYI, he's my tutor and he also tutors my bros.
He came to tutor my bro.
The thing is, he kind of pissed me off just now.
The tuitioning is always in my room and just now while waiting for my bro to come to the table, we had a conversation.

Argh my knees are killing me even more now.
Its so bad that whenever I see a flight of stairs, I would be like "oh ^*!@#. wheres the elevator? ._."
Chinese test today.
The last comprehension = gone.
If I get >29, I would be super happy lol.
Well finally after a long time, we stayed in class 3/5 today for History.
Everytime lab = epic sleep.
Im beginning to like Physics lessons even more now! Thanks to Mrs Yeo.
But the thing is, I catch no ball on some of the concepts. T_T
Feel like attending Physics consultation but WHAT ABOUT BIO?
Oh jeez. I think it would be so much better if the different sciences' remedials were on different days.
Same day still ok, BUT ALL 2:30 - 3:30? LOL. I think they want us to be superman already. Being at 3 places at the same time.
Assembly was kind of boring. I think I'd prefer the sec 4s plays.
And I went for training today!
It was almost suicide for me though.
I kena merlion(?) after the second round already because I totally went all out. ._.
Then at the last one, the last 100m, my knees totally went against me.
I felt a short, sharp pain(NOT ADVERTISING FOR SENSODYNE) in both my knees.
It hurt like mad. T_T
But nevermind, at least I managed to make it through.
Even MinYi said I was not bad but could do better if I went for trainings.
Well thats what I want to know.

My knees are killing me.
Today, I saw that lunatic woman at the bus stop again.
Yes, that one that keeps approaching everyone for 2 dollars.
Thankfully, Benten was with me this time to see the incident as some people may think I've gone insane with all these.

And one more thing. Im feeling the urge to write compositions on my blog since tan zheng yih is doing the same thing.
Suggestions anyone?

Ahh. One heavy load off my back.
Had oral today and I think I should give myself a pat on the back.
No major errors and surprisingly, I would say I performed above my own expectations for the picture discussion. n_n
Thankfully, the teacher (Mrs Koh P.L) bombarded me with questions so.. I didnt have to elaborate fully on the picture myself. ^0^
Yeah, it was like ZOMGFINALLY,ITSOVER when she said "ok lets move on to the conversation."
Hopefully, I'll reach my target for this.
Theres PE tomorrow. Badminton! n_n

God, tell me what the fuck is wrong with me.

Everytime I ask myself, just what am I good at? What do I specialise in?
All I find is silence. I find myself bewildered.
The uncountable, immeasurable, indescribable emptiness inside me is eating away at my very soul.

Soon, the small little actions that it does everyday adds up to unthinkable destruction.
It takes over complete control of me, and I wont be samuel lee anymore.
The damage he would cause would be so great that even the world's greatest people would stare at it with gaping mouths in pure horror.
Maybe I should just die off before that day comes.
I wouldnt want to see the ones around me getting hurt.

Heh, my first post for term 2. Probably something you guys have been anticipating.
Some of you may have already know about this.
My blistering barnacles PC died on me, and its the same old problem. Some recurring connection problem.
Yeh. You may think like "oh his com died on him. who cares, not of my business ;O".
Actually, do you guys remember I said I uploaded all the Family Day pictures into my computer?
I had put them in a "yet to be uploaded" file. AND MY COMPUTER IS DEAD. Get the picture?
FURTHERMORE, I CUT and PASTE the pictures from my phone to the PC. NOT COPY and PASTE.
Ohhh jeez. Playing SA on my laptop(Im using it now) sucks too.
There might be something to look forward to though. If this time the tecnhician (my father's friend) said its CMI, then maybe I'll have a good reason to buy a new PC. ^o^
I think Im going crazy or whatever recently.
Yesterday, I was thinking "oh theres physics today. need to go to locker to get my physics stuff."
I did that during recess.
And I told Mrs Yeo that I forgot to bring textbook + theory workbook.(ARGH 2nd time for the week already)

AND I MEAN NO BALL. Wait, I CANT EVEN SEE ANY BALLS TO BE CAUGHT IN THE FIRST PLACE.
Ugh.
Mrs Chung was only with us on Monday. Other days = nope.
Oh man. I think Im going to flunk my oral next tuesday already.
If its only reading + conversation, Im good to go.
BUT PICTURE DISCUSSION? Where the hell did that come from?
I thought it was only for primary school. We didnt even do any picture related stuff for our oral during sec 1 & 2.

And I've been playing with Kwf's sword recently.
As in that small sword in his pencil case. LOL.
Yup well, better get started on Piano theory now.
One more thing, NO MORE PICTURES IN FUTURE POSTS.
Actually thats kind of misleading but at the same time, correct.
The only pictures I have that are suitable to be posted up are in my cursed PC which is dead.
But I'll post them up if my PC ever comes back to life again.

O_O Is 3/1 the class with the most homework excluding 3/5?
Winneb said she finished hers yesterday.
And UNBELIEVABLY, doggy tay said he finished his today.
ARGH.
I think I even broke a record. I've been doing Maths from 10am till now 3pm and Im like still left with the Congruence & Similarity worksheet + half of E maths worksheets.
6 hours of non-stop Maths action. Ugh.
Burnt midnight oil till 2am yesterday. And I only managed to finish 3A and 3B of A Maths.
Actually I think we dont profit a lot by burning midnight oil.
Initially, I was quite pissed with myself as I couldnt get most of the answers in 3B last night.
Then this morning I checked my work. And it was full of dumb careless mistakes.
The dumbest ones were copying wrongly. I copied one question wrongly and ended up solving my own question which I couldnt since it didnt make sense.
Another one was the calculator said -3 over 5 and I wrote it as the opposite in my answer.
To think I said to myself, cannot be. I do 10 and like 5 wrong? Somemore all miss by a bit. Confirm the book wrong one. But cannot be leh, this Shing Lee is known for his good maths books. aiya nvm take it as the book wrong. (:

It has been a tiring day for me.
I think this year's Family Day sucks. 2007's one was so much better.
At least its much more accessible.
Met up with Trevis, Yx, Macus, Heng, Demi, Alicia, Bawawa and Shin Yin at AMK MRT station. 7am.
Ugh.
Trained down to Bedok interchange and took the shuttle bus.
Nothing interesting during Family Day so I'll skip that.
BUT, the highlight for me was.. TUG OF WAR.
Heh. Initially for our first war, we were totally disorganised and everyone was pulling at their own pace which = total lost.
But after that, thankfully Mrs Chung (SHE WAS PART OF OUR TEAM LOL) suggested counting "31 pull! 31 pull!"
AND IT WORKED!
It brought us all the way to the top, well at least to the 2nd highest.
Heh. There was once when we pulled so hard, the opposing team totally lost grip.
It resulted in Khwanfa (he's at the front) having an EPIC FALL.
Very epic. His whole back was covered in sand. LOL.
Hm. Both my arms and legs are like BBQ-ed pork. Ugh.
Oh yeah, I told james today.
Me : Eh James.

Me : Tottenham lost leh.

Yuxuan actually bowled with us today!
Sigh. 1st and 2nd games totally off form. Trevis also.
Only the 3rd game after the guides left then we kind of regain our skills.
And I noticed that shin yin is quite funny when she bowl.
Her style.. cant describe.
And the speed of her ball... even a snail is faster than that.
But she compensates it with accuracy. ._.

Argh. The good thing is, I've improved quite a lot using my new stance thanks to Trevis' advice.

The guides left at about 4pm. The few of us guys carried on till 5pm.
We went up to the 2nd floor for the arcade.
There was one very funny machine I tell you.
I've never seen anything like it.
It was so great, the few of us kept trying at it.
Its like some kind of venting anger machine.
You insert a token. It gives you 3 tries.
You're supposed to punch that annoying looking beast.
After you punch it, it'll calculate your strength.
Eg 80kg.
It said that the person should stand still and punch with only 1 hand.
But after that, I told yeo to play cheat.
He took at few steps back, and then charged at it and ended with a punch.
Superb, more powerful.
Then, the real thing comes. All thanks to me.
I started the duo-punch frenzy.
I would take a few steps back, charge at it like some mad ghey and BOOM.
2 hands punching the beast.
It was really effective. With 1 hand, I could do only like 80kg.
With 2 hands, I went up to a record of 119kg. The record was 121 ;O
Heh. Spent like $2 on that dumb beast. LOL.
Hmph. I didnt find today's family day fun at all.
The only reward we received was having cool charcoal-like skin.
Argh. I cant wait to bowl again.

BUT, the highlight for me was.. TUG OF WAR.
Heh. Initially for our first war, we were totally disorganised and everyone was pulling at their own pace which = total lost.
But after that, thankfully Mrs Chung (SHE WAS PART OF OUR TEAM LOL) suggested counting "31 pull! 31 pull!"
AND IT WORKED!
It brought us all the way to the top, well at least to the 2nd highest.
Heh. There was once when we pulled so hard, the opposing team totally lost grip.
It resulted in Khwanfa (he's at the front) having an EPIC FALL.
Very epic. His whole back was covered in sand. LOL.
Hm. Both my arms and legs are like BBQ-ed pork. Ugh.
Oh yeah, I told james today.
Me : Eh James.
James : ?
Me : Tottenham lost leh.
James : ?! WTF?!
Me : They lost to spurs.

LOL. And I used to say this when we played soccer.

Went to eat Macdonald's after that with the guides + the few of us.
Ahh. Had to walk from Area E/F to Area C.
Damn long, but I think its quite a remarkable feat since we reached there in 30mins.
Main thing for today.. BOWLING!
Yuxuan actually bowled with us today!
Sigh. 1st and 2nd games totally off form. Trevis also.
Only the 3rd game after the guides left then we kind of regain our skills.
And I noticed that shin yin is quite funny when she bowl.
Her style.. cant describe.
And the speed of her ball... even a snail is faster than that.
But she compensates it with accuracy. ._.
Bawawa.. sit there laugh laugh laugh only. Never bowl.

Argh. The good thing is, I've improved quite a lot using my new stance thanks to Trevis' advice.
Now, its NEW AND IMPROVED.
If it has to be, its up to me. LOL.
The whole time I was like, ok i need to be cool. relax, its warm up.
Tsk, doesnt work. ARGH.
The guides left at about 4pm. The few of us guys carried on till 5pm.
We went up to the 2nd floor for the arcade.
There was one very funny machine I tell you.
I've never seen anything like it.
It was so great, the few of us kept trying at it.
Its like some kind of venting anger machine.
You insert a token. It gives you 3 tries.
You're supposed to punch that annoying looking beast.
After you punch it, it'll calculate your strength.
Eg 80kg.
It said that the person should stand still and punch with only 1 hand.
But after that, I told yeo to play cheat.
He took at few steps back, and then charged at it and ended with a punch.
Superb, more powerful.
Then, the real thing comes. All thanks to me.
I started the duo-punch frenzy.
I would take a few steps back, charge at it like some mad ghey and BOOM.
2 hands punching the beast.
It was really effective. With 1 hand, I could do only like 80kg.
With 2 hands, I went up to a record of 119kg. The record was 121 ;O
Heh. Spent like $2 on that dumb beast. LOL.
Hmph. I didnt find today's family day fun at all.
The only reward we received was having cool charcoal-like skin.
Argh. I cant wait to bowl again.
The sound of pins being banged down hard by the ball..

One term has passed.
Thats good.
But its also bad as we're really overwhelmed by the tonnes of homework.
Rochelle sounded envious when she said to me yesterday outside school gate after school, "不懂某人拿几个A1 ah?"
Me : 四个 eh!

Heh. Family Day tomorrow.
Hopefully we'll be able to bowl after that. Go 22 monkehs!
Ahh. Theres something wrong with my Bio marks! Its supposed to be 68/100 instead of 64/100!
But nevermind, I cant be bothered as even if it was changed, my overall for combined sciences would still be a mere A2. D:

Today, I saw that $2 tomboy pestering people for $2 again.
Sadly, one kind young malay man gave her $2. D:
Singaporeans' kindness are being taken advantage of.
The thing is, if I were him I'd be fuming mad. But he wasnt.
He gave me the comical "LOL WTF?" look even after she requested more $$ from him.
Right after that, I saw one weird guy. Not that he went round bugging people for money, his walking style was totally strange.
Its like seeing those soldiers during NDP marching.
Last school day of Term 1.
Ugh. Its THAT exaggerated.
The number of crazy people in Ang Mo Kio is just staggering.
Sadly, James cant play Sudden Attack with me later.
And I suggested a way to tempt him.

Edited. Lazy to post so I'll do it this way.
1. I did the dumbest thing ever today. I didnt bring my PE shorts except for my shirt today.
How it happened :
I wore my pe shorts the moment I woke up before going to wash up since I usually wear my uniform over it. Then after washing up, I took it off, thinking that it was a pair of home shorts. And then I wore my long pants. ._. Hmph. I think that pair of shorts would call me “吃饱没事做”if it had a mouth.
2. The rounded potato spared me today as he thought I was with Ah Heng and Huan who have an activity in the afternoon.
3. Jethro was really irritating today when he sat beside me during Chem's SSRP while doing maths. He was singing and then boasting that his maths was better than mine.
4. Finished up quite a lot of Maths homework during the SSRP and surprisingly, majority of the class were doing homework.
5. Geography was EPICNESS today. Heh LOL. Someone kept scratching while presenting. Ask Vince or Gary and they'll tell you the whole story.
6. Getting back results slip tomorrow. >:)
7. My nose and throat is much better today. (:
8. Huan was super selfish. She brought down her maths stuff to do during PE today. She was only doing the Modulus worksheet and wasnt using her textbook. Being the studious guy I am, I took her textbook and was about to start working on some Maths while she was talking.
Hmph. She took it back from me afterwards. D: AND SHE WASNT EVEN USING IT. ARGH.
9. Today after PE was English. Im not sure about what happened but it went something like this. I told her we've got 2 periods of SSRP for Chemistry since Miss Lee was absent. Then she said " thats good. ...uh no I mean.. I need to give you your result slips."
LOL.

Ugh. Throat isnt feeling too well now after waking up. .__.
Ok well not very happy for Physics and Geog today.
Getting B4 for Physics is a nono since its my pure.
Expected higher for Geog but oh well. At least its still an A1.
Hmm. I think I my performance for this term is only satisfactory.
The thing that is worth rejoicing about is that my chinese finally attained a grade of B4 in my report card for the first time.
Also, I dont have any Cs for this term. ;D
And I've only got 3Bs, which is commendable. (:
Hmm. I'll strive harder to get an A2 for my English. I must!

Zomg.
Now Im starting to have a phobia of giving my all during during track trainings.
My father just told me my cousin had injured himself.
He tore ,I think, one of his leg ligaments and is now on crutches.
Heard that he fell down while playing rugby, his cca.
FYI, he's in JC 2 and dont play play ok.
His results are one of the top. PSLE score of 267 and now in raffles jc. ;OO
Girls! Can go chase him if you want. He's quite shuai too. LOL.
Ehh he got train himself one ok. See his biceps ! Got pacs also. Just that cant see.
See see! He's the one standing in white !
Girls, if you ever want his number just ask me. ;D
Ok back to the subject. I think he's going for x-ray tomorrow.
He also needs to do a minor operation I think. Its to insert something into his leg if not he can never run again.
Omg imagine if its me.
I already have weak knees due to the incident in sec 1 so now Im even more prone to injuries. T_T
Ahhh. .__.
Hmph. Think I'll just go at a comfortable pace during my trainings. ;O
And yeah, for those unfortunate victims who were being bugged by me yesterday, want to know what I did today?
I went out... ;D

I used to think that there was bowling in Hougang Plaza, the old building next to the Mall.
Well, at least from what I can remember. My dad used to bring my brother and I there for the amusement park when we were young.
And I remembered I saw bowling there as well.
SO, after like 5 - 8 years, I wanted to see if it was still there.
I went up there and voila!
There was K-Box, sakae sushi(LOL?), barber shop(LOL?), and a lan-cum-pool shop.
Well that shop said it offered lan, internet and pool services.
BUT NO BOWLING. D:

Ok ignore the above. I was trying to sound like the MythBusters on Discovery Channel. LOL.
Argh. Havent complete maths homework.

2nd post for the day.
Man, things just dont go my way.
Today my tutor called me and asked me for my A Maths results.
Happily, I told him I got full marks.
He said since there were no more tests and Im doing quite well, he'll let me have a rest this weekend.
On hearing that, I cheered.
Then later I thought, eh. Wont my weekend be really boring now?
Lets see. He called at about 2pm which = my piano lesson over.
Nothing else for the weekend.
And so, I asked ALL of my friends whether they wanted to go out tomorrow.
That meant primary and secondary school peeps.
Movies, outings, anything.
And all of them were busy, at least all those who I asked.
Sigh. When they want to go out, Im busy.
When they are busy, I want to go out.

Anyone up for any form of outing tomorrow?
Otherwise I would be rotting at home. T_T

Congratulations to Samuel Lee for screwing himself up during today's councillor interview.
He gave substanceless answers and behaved like an idiot. ._.
Oh well Im not caring anymore.
Didnt expect myself to be nominated anyway.
I'll see what fate has in store for me.
If I get in, I'll count myself lucky.
If not, so be it.
On a side note, I was surprised when I heard who the interviewer was.
Ask me if you want to know who it is. (:
Just now at the bus stop, there was one mentally unsound person asking everyone for $2.
She looked something like a tomboy.
Initially, I found her familiar but recognised her after I heard what she asked.
It went like " excuse me, uncle/miss, do you have 2 dollar 2 dollar? "
Translate the last part into chinese.
2 years ago, when I was having my x-ray at ang mo kio, she approached me and asked the same question.
Luckily I didnt give it to her, because it would be me kissing $2 away.
Back to the topic. Everyone she approached all declined.
Luckily.
BUT, sadly, there was one kind soul.
He just got off the bus and she approached him.
He gave her 2 $1 coins.
He thought it was over.
It wasnt.
"can give me the coins?" was what she said even after getting $2.
Annoyed, the man asked her what she wanted it for.
She said she was going to buy something later. >_>
Actually, I think its more like taking free money from people.
And she still pestered him for more coins.
Thankfully, he ignored her and took a seat.
10seconds later, she approached him again.
" excuse me, can give me the $10 note? "
"NO. I warn you, leave me alone. "
NICE. That was what I was waiting to hear. LOL.

Lol. I was kind of pissed with Faiz's behaviour during maths today.
别说我，连 Mdm Chong 也生气。
Its good to have a sense of humour.
But when you cant get serious, its a problem.
Honestly, I think he's just trying to be funny.
I think he cant even see that Mdm Chong was obviously angry,
and yet he still retorted her. wth.
Even when he's getting scolded, he still has that freakingly-annoying-to-teachers smirk on his face.
Refilling your bottle in the toilet? What kind of fools on earth would do that?
And obviously the water in the bottle is chilled. Toilet taps dont have that.
And he doesnt get Mdm Chong's point.
He asked for permission to go to the toilet. That doesnt include refilling his water bottle in the toilet.
They may sound the same but they actually tell 2 different stories.

And I think that the new seating arrangement is finally starting to shine.
Compared to last week's SS lesson, today's lesson was noticeably better.
Although there are still quite a number of people who sleep in class right under the teacher's nose.
But who cares. They're putting their results at risk. Not mine.

Yes Man.
1. A Maths test is over !
Im quite confident that I'll get full marks(HOPEFULLY) provided there're no stupid mistakes.
Once bitten twice shy, I made sure I read the questions SUPER carefully.
It was quite easy. (:
2. I handed in my Physics graph like I promised Mrs Yeo.
3. Im sitting in front of Mr Heng and Macus now during Chinese lessons.
4. I got a distinction for my Chinese!
Yes like MIRACULOUSLY. Well I think last week Bhattarai gave us a mock normal chinese paper.
She returned it to us today. AND I GOT AN A2!
WOOOOOOO.
WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO.
WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO.
Never in my secondary school life have I ever got a distinction for Chinese!
49.5/70 YES.
And I just quitted my Chinese tuition. This shows that my chinese is not CMI without tuition ok!
Well, I heard that we, HCL students, should get about A1 - A2 for the 'O' level normal chinese paper in order to get a B3/B4 for HCL next year.
AND I HIT THE TARGET! Yeah! 我拿 A2! (:
Hmph. Too bad its not the CA marks. If not I'll get like A2 for chinese for the first time in my report card already.
5. Mrs Chung changed our seating arrangements today.
Ok now Im sitting right in the middle of the classroom. Thats good since I have a clear view of the board.
BUT, BUT, Im sitting with 2 sleepyheads next to me. ;O
My left = Ju wei (HENG) who's always sleeping
My Right = Wing Yu (HENG) who's always sleeping as well.
Omg lah.
This morning I was still feeling energetic like Im ready to take the world on when I was still sitting with Trevis.
Then after changing, I YAWNED MORE THAN 10 TIMES DURING ENGLISH.
Serious ! Im not joking.
There must be some sleepy auras about the both of them. ;O

Argh I think I've seriously got to thank Mdm Chong for she painstakingly came up with the notes for us today.
Im reading it now in preparation for tomorrow's test and its like a bible.
As soon as I read the first page, I felt like .. "OMG IM ENLIGHTENED."
Hm. I think if such notes were to be given to me for every chapter, I can seriously not worry so much for the tests and exams already. (:

I was pretty occupied with my thoughts and I almost got a shock when I bumped into someone.

Yesterday I was trying to transfer a 4GB file into my 160GB portable hard disk.
And it tells me theres no space when theres like 120GB FREE. @_@

What is it with 3/1?
It looks like we're pissing majority of the teachers who teaches us off.
Today during SS, I could see that Miss Zaiton was extremely irritated and annoyed by those inconsiderate blistering barnacles talking at the back, without sparing a thought for others.
Please if you dont want to learn, just get out of the class.
Do you know you're slowing everyone's learning down and wasting the teacher's energy?
Miss Zaiton is a good teacher alright. But because of you guys, she had to stop at least 10 times.
Furthermore, she explained the skills OVER AND OVER AGAIN. But did you guys appreciate it? I dont think so. At least this applies to those at the back.
I didnt use to think that the teacher's act of stopping the lesson would slow down the learning.
I was wrong. I finally understood it this year.
Miss Zaiton's continuous stopping accumulated to more than 15 minutes.
She would start off nicely with everyone paying full attention.
Then after 5 minutes, she would say " are you still with me? " or "focus! focus!"
2 periods in a week. And we just learnt skills. And we didnt even cover all of the skills.
Dont believe me? Fine.
Take the next teacher. Miss Lee for chemistry.
Im not sure about today but I think she commented on us not paying attention/very chatty/very noisy at least once today.
If not today, then Im sure she did get very annoyed with us during one of the wednesdays.
Ring any bells? No?
Ok next. Mdm Chong for Maths.
You guys should know it as well as I do. She is the one who's pretty much the most pissed with us.
Not handing in homework, not paying attention in class.
Fine I admit, I didnt hand in my work on time too but that only applies to Chapter 1 of E Maths.
I just handed in 2A and 2B to her today. Didnt hand in 2C as I wanted to look through it.
She's actually another good teacher if you lend her your ears and pay attention.
Initially I thought 2B and 2C were suicide but since I paid attention, I completed both exercises within 15 minutes.
They're unbelievably easy.
If this goes on I think we'll be screwed for MYE.
It still isnt late now to pull up your socks and get back on the right track.

P/S, I was really irritated by the class' behaviour during SS today.
Ironically, today was the first time I didnt pay much attention during the first 20minutes of Maths.
Reason? Results for E Maths test.
Omg man. I think if this goes on sooner or later, I'll become a monster.

Crazy eyebags, severe pimple outbreak, receeding hairline, white hair.. thats what I'll most probably become.
Notice the empty space at the top. Its like the hairstyle of those ah-gongs. ._.
I think even Yun Nam hair care and Beijing 101 wouldnt be willing to serve me as Im too hideous.
I almost went crazy when I heard my maths results.
I dont even know whether to laugh or cry.
Reason to laugh/be happy : I got distinction.
Reason to cry : I got 17/20. (i feel like crying again)
The question (3marks) was so freaking easy that I could even do it with my eyes closed.
Its like my 1mark just flew away from me.
1m because 20/20 = 1 in simplest form.
ALL BECAUSE OF THE RECIPROCAL QUESTION.
The two terms we were suppose to work with were (x) and (x+1).
But too bad samuel lee was feeling high and mighty as he thought that he could dominate the maths paper even without going all out.
Therefore, he geh-kiang and read the question a little faster than his usual pace.
As a result, he misread the question and boy it still puzzles me as to how he got his two terms. He got (x) and (x+2).
And he's still miserably whining that he read the "2 positive consecutive integers" as "2 consecutive odd/even numbers".
He thought he could still get 20/20 for his test despite his answers being super weird and different from his peers as his answers were 6.598 and 8.598.
Now that serves him right for being too complacent right?
Since samuel =/= superman, .'. samuel=dumb(NA) or samuel=geh-kiang.
Reject samuel=dumb as Samuel does know how to do the questions.

Argh.
Ok thats enough.

We were already late and yet we had to run for 15min non-stop.

Im so unsatisfied with my marks.

Heh. I just finished studying Geog.
And I used Mrs chung's method of 1 hour study and 10 min break.
I think its quite good (:
Cos' in the past I used to be like once I started mugging, I've got to finish it with the number of stops being the minimum.
Which means studying for at least 1 1/2 hours at a go.

Anw I think I was very bo liao just now.
I was studying the geog textbook on Climate.
There was a picture at the side that show the "Road Closed" sign in a flooded road.
Then the text said, the hurricane wilma in 2005(i think) turned the road into a river.
And so, I took up my trusty buddy pen and edited the picture.
YES! I changed it to "River Closed" !
LOL. Wu liao right. ._.

BUT, the decimals actually added up to 15/56 !
Like so amazing right.

Like omg. I could do ALL of the questions.. and I made sure there were no careless mistakes.

The other 10% is because Im not confident of my that reciprocal answer.
Lol. And Mrs Yeo revealed her true colours!
The first few times we met her, she's like giving the strict face being fierce and all.
But now everytime there's Physics lesson, she has a 50-60% chance of smiling/joking.
LOL.
Im starting to like physics now. (:
Geog test tomorrow. DD:
Omg Im so freaking scared. I got a distinction for the other test out of PURE LUCK.
Sigh.(again.)
And, Mrs Chung said Shin Yin is a sweet and nice girl today in class! :O (MACUSSS.)
Like LOL.
Maybe she'll take back her words when she sees SY at play.
Eg. the other time we went to sentosa for the outing.
Maybe someone record the process down next time? LOL.
Anyway I think Im going to get killed by her when she sees this.
If not these few weeks then its going to be during the outing in March. .__.

Anw if anyone is interested to know what I plan to do for the tuition,
I plan to resume it.
Afterall, its like one of my dreams to be able to speak chinese FLUENTLY.

Then you would go ">:)" oh its nothing really.
LOOOOOOOOL. Besides, Im really going to need the -2 points during the O levels.

Happy Birthday Mrs Chung!

Hm. I just posted once 2 hours ago and now Im at it again.
Oh well like I said, I may not have time for anything tomorrow.
Man I hate weekends. I rather have a 7-day-work week.
Then I can escape from all the tuitions >:)
Must complete my Biology notes up to a reasonable amount then I can go to sleep.
Screw that as well. I cant risk waking up late.
My uncle would stary nagging about what sleeping early and waking up early and cant concentrate and stuff.
And the worst thing is, my uncle is coming early in the morning tomorrow for tuition.

Damn it. Im really going to confront my parents about stopping my chinese tuition.

I feel super stressed. ._.
Ah jeez. I ALWAYS feel super stressed.
Most people are able to enjoy their weekends while my weekend never seems to be like a weekend to me.
I think Im having more like a 6-day-work week.
Others may think that my weekend isnt really all that packed.
But you are you and I am me.
If my weekend tuition durations are added up, they can almost take up my whole day.
Saturday : 10:15-11:15 am (piano class)
Saturday afternoon/evening/Sunday morning : 1 1/2 hours - 3 hours (uncle tuition)
Sunday afternoon : 1 1/2 hours. (chinese tuition)
The thing is, my chinese tuition isnt exactly 1 1/2 hours.
It can stretch up to 4 hours.
That is inclusive of travelling time.
I live in Hougang and my teacher lives at Bukit Gombak/Batok or somewhere close to there.
It takes about 1 hour to get from my house to her place.
And after dont know how long of going to and fro her place for chinese tuition, I dont think I've improved much.
Im thinking of stopping my tuition. Seriously.
Its taking up so much of my time and yet I dont see much myself improving much.
To be exact, Im still a C6/5(If Im lucky + God bless me).
Even YX that joker still wins me.
My recent chinese test, I said to myself, if I got at least 30/50(I've never reached the 30th mark before) I'll be overjoyed.
I got 31. And I thought it was the most amazing feat in my history of chinese learning.
Guess what. Macus and Heng got 34/34 1/2 for their tests.
Ok fine, I'll close one eye.
Whats more, YX got 32.
Is that pure luck, coincidence, or fate?
It seriously demoralised me.
I studied until I almost died from exhaustion and loss of brain cells for last year's FYE HCL paper.
And I got a C6.
Yes. The trio all got at least a C5.
To top it off, I failed my compo(I think, about 34/70), and my main paper was a borderline pass.. about 56 or 57/110.
I remember at that time, Jackie brought something up to Ms Wong.
It was a word error.
Ms Wong said whoever who also wrote this word, AND with the main stroke overshot-ing another stroke, would be awarded with -1 mark.
She checked Heng. Pass. Checked YX. Pass. Checked Macus. Pass.
Check me. Fail.
And she took it to the teacher for my reward of -1 mark.
I almost cried when she took it away. Anymore loss of marks would result in me failing in my HCL paper on the overall.
Which also indirectly meant that I would not be able to take HCL again next year.(i Think)
I couldnt afford to fail my paper.
I got a C for FYE chinese in 2007 as wel.
After all that studying.. how am I going to face my teacher after that?
Luckily I think I didnt get my reward.
But still, I know Im in the highly dangerous and "volatile" zone.
Just a few more errors = Fail.
I dont know man. Does the tuition help me in anyway? I dont know.
And since the chinese tuition takes up so much of my time without producing much results, which I know I can use more productively with other subjects, I've pretty much decided to drop it.
I dont think its worth it. Every month my mum asks me to pass a thick band of notes to my teacher.
And yet I havent been producing any result.
I feel like Im wasting their money.
With or without chinese tuition, I'll still be a C grader.
I always find myself struggling with tuition work every weekend.
I've decided to stop giving myself pressure. If this goes on, one day I'll see myself ending up in IMH.
I might even be the next "techno-king".
Life isnt all about studying. I saw this on 2/3's classblog.
Rest assured, even if I dont carry on chinese tuition in the future, I'll still be working on my Chinese.
I'll read the Chinese papers more often.
And that goes for English as well.
That reminded me. Anyone watched InkHeart? Was it nice?
Yesterday, I saw the book at Popular. I saw the Kite Runner as well.
I heard that the Kite Runner is a nice book O:
And now I cant decide which to buy. I can only buy a maximum of ONE book since I doubt I'll have the time to read both. ._.
CRAPPED with Shin Yin yesterday. O:
As for the chinese thing, I'll just see what comes my way.
I really cant take the stress anymore.
I'd choose to fail chinese rather than ace it and then end up in IMH.
I know its a crucial year this year since Im taking the O level chinese.
And Im expected to get a B3.
I'll just do what I can to prepare for it.
Read, read, read. I heard this so many times from english and chinese teachers that I can memorise it already... oh wait, who cant? LOL.
If its meant to be mine, it will be.
If not, I'll just have to let go.
Sigh. Why is my life always clouded with so many problems. It hurts me.

Ok so the main thing for today is...
HAPPY 30TH BIRTHDAY MR KENNY TOH!

Macus and Yx had better be glad that I went with them to Hub after school.
I went to Hub with them and we bought a Man.U shirt + a Man.U poster for Mr Toh.
Total = $33.90
But its ok. Afterall, the cost would be shared by 10 people. (:
Initially they thought of buying a SCARF for him which cost $24.
Like WTH. How in the world would he ever find a use for that in Singapore?

He thanked us profusely and then say he would take us out for a treat soon!

Yup I know its kind of pointless to blog this but I didnt have much to blog about anyway.
The only thing I can think of is History was relatively easy. (:
Ok back to the topic.
Staring incident leads to fight. O_O
Good for you if you havent met any jerks like that.
Its kind of shocking right. Just because of staring and that leads to bloodshed. (if you read the article at the link)
I still remember once Macus was approached by some hooligans at AMK Hub during an outing with us.
Yes, staring incident.
Fortunately, the other party didnt resort to violence but still, they hurled expletives.
Extreme Expletives.
I just dont get it. ._. cant people look at the bright side of things?
They could have been like "omg he's lookin' at me. i must be so charming 8D"
._. Lol. Even I feel this post is kind of irrelevant.
EDIT;
Well I forgot to mention the things I wanted to mention.
2 funny incidents occurred in 2 days.
The first one was during recess, I think yesterday.
Yong Han came running into our class and he hid beind the pillar.
Jacqueline was looking for him I think. O:
She kept calling out his name.
And since Yong Han was behind the pillar, he was right in front of us. (trevis and I)
He kept doing funny motions to signal to us not to tell her he's here.
Then after sometime she came in and smacked him on the back without him knowing since his back was facing her.
Like LOL. He looked like he got a shock.
Ok the 2nd incident was today during History after the test.
Mr Goh asked us to do the workbook but benten, trev and I were discussing about some other affairs.
We were really in a dilemma in where to let nature take it's course or take action.
And then Trevis said "I dont know what to do lah!"
Then the girl next to him, Min Yi, pointed to the pages on his textbook and said "do this page and that lah."
Then we burst out laughing. LOL.
Even she was laughing. LOL.
Its like we werent asking about that. LOL.
Its kind of hard to put it into words but if you were present, then you would get what I mean. LOL.
Check out Trevis' blog for the videos on heng. Its hilarious. LOL.
Back to mugging for SS. )): I think Im going to screw it badly. ZOMG.

Im seeing so many Happy Birthdays! these days. O_O
Man.
Feeling stressed. ._.
I didnt go for training today. -_-
Yes I broke my promise to myself but this morning something cropped up.
From the moment I got on my bus all the way till I reached my class, I had a BAD stomache.
Trust me you wont want to know how it feels.
It was so bad I had to make a trip to the toilet. >_>
Then during maths it came again, but not so severe.
Oh man. I realised how precious every Physics lesson is to me now.
Luckily, I gave 100% attention today and managed to grasp the concept of the what Total Internal Reflection. Or something like that.
& thankfully I was called up to do the working for the angle of refraction.
If not, I would most probably have carried on my mistake of using the slash instead of the divide sign.
Sadly, I have a slight disadvantage in class.
Im sitting right at the side of the classroom.
TRUST ME AGAIN, the view SUCKS.
Not the angle, but there is always the cursed light coming in from the windows on the right.
How bad is it? Well I always see the reflection on the board and so, I cant see whats on the board sometimes since all I see is one patch of light. LOL.
I think this applies to almost everyone in my row.
If a Physics question asks, "what is one application of reflection that can be found in our daily life?", I would most probably answer..
There is one right there in front of me. The light coming from the outside is reflected off the board and into my poor eyes. Its hurting me D:
Mrs Chung, can we put some sort of covering to cover the windows on the right? Some black cloth or whatsoever would do fine. I believe it would benefit the whole row.
Hm. Hopefully this suggestion gets accepted.
Tomorrow's wednesday which = BASKETBALL!
Oh man. Finally time to relax + have fun.
Trevis! Im dying to go for a game of bowling again T__T
Im thinking of bowling during the march holidays. Anyone in? :O
Argh.
Lastly, I realised Waiyi's pm is like the direct opposite of mine.
Mine = I love maths! :B
Hers = I HATE MATHS, HATE HATE HATE HATE HATE HATE HATE HATE HATE HATE HATE HATE HATE HATE HATE HATE HATE HATE HATE HATE HATE HATE HATE
LOL. You can see how much she hates maths.
Personally, I think that Maths isnt really nice.
ESPECIALLY for A Maths.
It sucks badly when you're new to the chapter/topic and are trying hard to grasp the concept.
BUT, it has its fun sides too.
I think Maths rocks ONLY when you know how to do the questions without much of a struggle.
That is, you're going to have to get through the dark side before being able to see the HOLY LIGHT.
